A popular resort with a great beach, attracts thousands of British, Irish and German tourists each summer. The resort is set within thick woodland, which forms part of the 1 320 hectare Zlatni Pyasatsi National Park. Local faiclities also include restaurant, bars, a casino, mini golf and water slides, while Varna`s city center and airport are only a short bus ride or drive away. Strict building controls  mean there is less property available within the resort and prices are significantly higher than in Sunny beach, for example. The resort is situated in the area, which is a Bulgarian National park. The resort’s beach strip is 3,5 km. long and up to 100 m wide. The average air temperature in Summer is 27-30 degree and the water temperature is 25-28 degree.
