Super Borovets project is one of the largest projects in Bulgaria. The project's aim is to increase the capacity of the lifts and the ski resort. The resort will spread from the town of Samokov to the village of Beli Iskar and will be divided into three levels. This project will turn Borovets into a year-round resort.

• Reservation fee - 1500 Euro per apartment and 2500 Euro for the two bedroom apartments 
• 20% upon signing the preliminary agreement
• 20% in January 2009
