PAYMENT PLAN

1st installment   – 30% from the purchase price on the signing of the preliminary contract

2nd installment   – 30% from the purchase price no later than 31.07.2008

3rd installment   – 30% from the purchase price no later than 30.09.2008

4th installment   – 10% in 15 days from the date of the notification to the Purchaser regarding the issuance of the Occupancy Permit
