The development is located in a private forest park 70 meters away from the beach in Golden Sands. Apartments in Bendita will offer splendid views to the park and the sea.
The resort has:

 "Bendita Mare" will have 7 floors, and will consist of two bodies— Body A and Body B. The total built-up area is 11,000 square meters, and the total number of apartments will be 157. There will be studios, 1- and 2-bedroom apartment; most will be studios and one-bedroom apartments with prices starting at EUR 56,362.

There are two payment plans:

Payment Plan A requires a EUR2,000 reservation deposit;
 its first installment is 30% and is due 20 days after the reservation deposit;
the second installment is also 30% and it's due December 30, 2007;
the final installment is 40% and it's due in June 2008 when the Notary Deed is expected to be issued.
This is a very attractive payment plan because clients do not have to pay the second installment until a year from now.

Payment Plan B offers a 5% discount to clients who pay 100% of the sale price upon signing the preliminary agreement.

All apartments come luxuriously equipped with with MDF veneer-covered doors, floors with Spanish terracotta tiles that are "parquet"-like, and an air-conditioning system offering both heating and cooling.
